Junction 35 Spirits is home to a kitchen and bar where visitors can enjoy handcrafted cocktails made with our spirits and delicious food. 1. Our Burgers
Visitors rave about our burgers! Our angus burgers are a blend of chuck and brisket. All of our burgers are served with french fries, or your choice of side. You can also make it a platter with coleslaw and onion strings for an extra cost! One of our most popular burgers is our Junction 35 burger, which comes with house pimento cheese, bacon jam, carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Guests also love our Tennessee Hot Burger, which has blackened seasoning, Nashville hot sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. You can’t go wrong with any burger choice!
2. Our Wings
Our wings are next on our list of best-sellers. We serve up some of the best smoked wings in the Smoky Mountains. You’ll have your choice of 8 wings or 12, and they all come served with blue cheese or buttermilk ranch dressing, carrots, and celery sticks. The best part is that we have 8 different flavors for you to choose from: House Dry Rub, Carolina Mustard, Spicy Asian, Honey Bourbon BBQ, Mild, House BBQ, Nashville Hot, and Blackberry Moonshine.
3. Our BBQ Trays
You can’t go wrong with any of the Smoked Meat BBQ Trays at our Pigeon Forge restaurant. Choose from Montreal beef brisket, Texas beef brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and ribs. You can also add extra meat for an extra cost! All of our trays come with your choice of 2 side items, pickles, and garlic bread. Popular side choices include mashed potatoes, cole slaw, apple sauce, and fries!
4. Grilled Salmon
If you’re in the mood for a lighter option, our Grilled Salmon is a hit. This entree is an herbed seasoned grilled Atlantic salmon glazed with a delicious garlic butter. Our Grilled Salmon also comes with seasoned rice and your choice of one side. You can add a side house salad for an additional $3.99. Want to take it up a notch? Order our Salmon Orleans! This includes blackened salmon topped with shrimp, alfredo sauce, and green onions.
5. Pasta & Salads
Our pasta and salads are tied for some of our best-selling menu items! You can choose from a variety of pasta dishes, including our Blackened Chicken Alfredo, which is fettuccine pasta with blackened chicken breast, house-made alfredo sauce, tomato, green onion, and grated parmesan cheese. We also have a delicious Shrimp and Sausage Marinara, which is fettuccine, marinara sauce, spicy andouille sausage, and shrimp, topped with parmesan cheese. Our pasta dishes come with a slice of garlic bread! As for our salads, you can’t go wrong with any one you choose. We have a Wedge Salad that includes iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, crispy bacon, candied pecans, bleu cheese crumbles, and a balsamic reduction drizzle. We also have a Southern Fried Chicken Salad that’s a big hit with everyone! It has mixed greens with cheddar cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, potato sticks, crispy bacon, and fried chicken tenders. This salad is topped with onion strings and honey bourbon BBQ.
